Our Produce

Straight from our farm to you.

The dark loamy soils, abundant rainfall and Mediterranean climate allow us to grow the highest quality produce that we can then pass on to you directly. We believe in this concept strongly as it reduces food miles in transit, gets our produce to your kitchen in a quicker timeframe from our farm, and maintains maximum freshness and flavour for you to create amazing food!

Potatoes

On our farm near Manjimup, we grow a range of select premium potatoes. We are passionate about growing delicious tasting potatoes and also caring for our land.

Our varieties include:

Prince of Orange

This fingerling potato has a reddish skin and an orangey coloured flesh. It has a creamy texture with a buttery flavour. Prince of Orange is a brilliant all rounder and is perfect for almost any dish. From roasts and stews, sliced on the bbq, curries, baked whole or chipped, mashed, made in to gnocchi or in a salad.

Imperial Blue

A medium size potato with a spectacular looking blue/ purple skin and a light yellow, creamy texture. Imperial Blue is a great all rounder and it's appearance is sure to please. Enjoy this premium potato roasted or baked, grilled, sliced on the bbq, chipped, in a curry, gnocchi or salads.

Pumpkin

We grow Sampson grey and Butternut pumpkins. Our pumpkins are spray free and grown on a mulched down cover crop

Beef

Many Australians have always loved quality beef. Whether it is roasted, a steak on the barbie, in any myriad of international cuisine or the good ol' snag in a bun, you just can't beat good quality beef, that is developed through ideal living conditions, water, grass to eat and care.

Our Angus beef is available from select butchers and supermarkets.

Where to buy

We will be continuing to grow our list of stockists throughout the year and into the next growing season. In the meantime, you can purchase our delicious potatoes in 2.5kg bags, which have been designed to keep your potatoes in the dark to maximise flavour and longevity. Our potato bags are 100% recyclable, including the label and the window string.
